How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, add the item(s) to the shopping basket.
All prices are shown in UK British Pound Sterling (£ GBP).
Shop prices do not include shipping (shipping is added at the checkout) but is free on all UK deliveries.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends).
Please allow two weeks for delivery on international orders.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major cards through PayPal and Google checkout (a PayPal account is not required).Paypal and Google Checkout is the safe and secure way to shop online! No payment details are handled by Venetian Masquerade Masks and are instead handled by third parties Google Checkout and Paypal. Both are well known market leaders in the online payment industry and offer secure online payment. If you require any more information feel free to checkout there website. Which ever you choose you can be sure that you will be safe shopping at Venetian Masquerade Masks.
When you reach the checkout, you can pay through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, just login with your details. If you don't have a PayPal account, just click the 'Continue' link on the left hand side of the PayPal home page (just above the credit card symbols).

Please Note: If you wish to send payment by post, money must be received before items are dispatched.
Is paying by card safe and secure on this site?
Yes. We do not see or store your card details. When you purchase online from us, the transaction is securely carried out through PayPal using 128-bit SSL encryption.
I live outside the United Kingdom - how do I pay through PayPal in British money?
PayPal will automatically convert your country's currency into British Pound Sterling for you.
