Conditions of Use

When you purchase goods from Venetian masquerade masks, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore you have a statutory right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the date of delivery .During these 7 days please contact us for details on how to return the item for a full refund of the goods minus the postage cost, unless the item was faulty.

The exception to the above is special order items which are non refundable, though at our discretion, we may offer you an exchange.
The item must be returned to us safely by the customer,at their cost, in the same condition as it was delivered, as new without any signs of wear
No credit or refund will be given for any goods returned showing signs of wear or misuse.

All purchases for delivery outside the EU may be subject to import duty. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Any damage to goods during shipping must be reported to us within 72 hours and a replacement will be issued wherever possible
